1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Stars N Celebs / Artivo platform at starsncelebs.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Artist Accounts

• Artists must complete the onboarding process and purchase a valid subscription plan to activate their public profile.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All content you upload (photos, bio, videos) must be your own or you must have the necessary rights to use it.
• Profiles go live only after mandatory fields are completed: profile photo, banner, about me section, and a minimum of 10 portfolio images.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or deactivate any artist profile at our sole discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• Coupon codes are subject to validity conditions including expiry dates and usage limits. Each coupon may only be used once per user.
• Subscription tiers (Talent, Featured, Celebrity) determine your profile visibility and benefits. Tier upgrades may require additional payment.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use our platform for spam, solicitation, or any commercial purpose not permitted by these Terms.
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or damage our servers or networks.
• Scrape or collect data from our platform without written permission.
• Circumvent any technical or security measures on the platform.

6. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Stars N Celebs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. We will not sell your content to third parties without your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform features, design, logos, and software are the property of Stars N Celebs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stars N Celebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
